Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester is suing her mom! Constance (Leighton’s mom), claiming that she got plastic surgery, Botox and hair extensions with the money Leighton sent for her little brother. TMZ reported that Meester was sending $7,500 a month to her younger brother, who has “severe medical issues.” According to the suit,Constance also threatened to sue Leighton, accusing her of not honoring a supposed oral contract that required Leighton to pay her $10,000 a month for life. Leighton wants the judge to declare there’s no contract between her and her mom.

 

If you haven’t heard, this past Saturday, Amy Winehouse was found in her London Apartment dead at the age of 27. The police and coroner have not released the cause of death and are leaving the case “unexplained”. Many people are speculating how Amy may have died. According to unnamed friends, Amy was drinking heavily the night before her death, and may have died after taking a bad ecstasy pill. Her bodyguard found her in her room not breathing and immediately called the police. Although Amy was on a spiraling road to destruction, she was a talented singer and will always be remembered.
